As a family run firm of Independent Financial Advisors (IFA). Based in Uddingston we provide home visits throughout Glasgow and Lanarkshire.

Our principal David Mulholland, has over 17 years experience in financial services. He holds Chartered status and well has passing the Advanced Diploma in Financial Planning. See QUALIFICATIONS section below.

As Independent Financial Advisers we can offer you unbiased advice from the marketplace as a whole. This includes mortgages, investments, pensions, retirement planning, life insurance, critical illness cover, inheritance tax planning (IHT) and general financial planning.

Our service consists of not only independent advice but also arranging the necessary financial products and mortgages. This means we consider your circumstances and provide unbiased advice. Then we arrange and complete all the necessary paperwork and applications.

QUALIFICATIONS
You can have confidence in the knowledge and guidance we can offer. Our principal Mr David Mulholland has recently been awarded the prestigious Chartered Financial Planners designation by the Chartered Insurance Institute (CII).

This is the industry’s gold standard for individuals and firms of financial planners. It confirms that we have satisfied rigorous qualification criteria and membership conditions of the CII.
It also involves a commitment to continuing professional development and adherence to an industry standard Code of Ethics and Conduct.

David has passed the Advanced Diploma in Financial Planning, including several papers in Pensions, Investments, Mortgages, Taxation and Inheritance Tax planning. We are also members of the P.F.S(Personal Finance Society).
David has also been awarded the 2004 Regional Trophy by the C.I.I (Chartered Insurance Institute) for outstanding results in his AFPC exams.

In truth the vast majority of clients we deal with prefer to work on a commission basis where possible as our costs are paid via the product provider.
